We have the unique capability of structuring and placing non-conforming, "out-of-the-box" debt financing due to our expertise and established relationships. On occasion, we may also place equity.

We are affiliated with financial institutions worldwide. They include, but are not limited to, small balance and non-bank credit facilities, hard money, and private equity groups. Credit facilities are analyzed and categorized according to market sector preference, risk tolerance, term and rate structure, and geographic focus.

These relationships allow us to structure and place Client financing requests in terms of known lending parameters. These established relationships also allow us to interface with our credit facilities in order to bring our Client's financing request to a successful closing.

We are also able to interface and coordinate multiple credit facilities simultaneously to meet our Client's total financing needs, which a single source may not be able to fulfill.
