When we decide to pursue a second-party project, we ask the prospective Client to retain us. There is no advance fee. We are paid solely for work we have done.

We

• Review your financing request and supporting documents,
• Structure the loan and then, with Client's approval,
• Place your financing with one of our correspondents.

In other words, we earn a "Placement Fee " when a correspondent(s) indicates interest to us in funding the file we have originated and structured; and a Client agrees to proceed to underwriting with said correspondent(s). We do our best efforts in identifying all costs to a Client in the final underwriting of the financing and provide the Client with due diligence information on the financing facility.

We will have earned a "Success Fee" when a financing request receives a final commitment and Client accepts it. The amount of this fee depends on the gross dollar amount of the financing request and upon the difficulty of successfully bringing the financing request to a close. This fee is generally paid out of proceeds.
