We have the unique capability of structuring and placing non-conforming, "out-of'-the-box" debt financings due to our expertise and established relationships.

We have correspondent relationships with financial institutions worldwide. These financial institutions include, but are not limited to, Wall Street firms, corporate financing facilities, institutional funds, and insurance companies. Our correspondent relationships are continually reviewed. Funding facilities are analyzed and categorized according to market sector preference, risk tolerance, term and coupon structure, credit sector and geographic focus.

These correspondent relationships allow us, although not ourselves a direct lender, to pre-qualify our Clients and structure their financing requests in terms of known lending parameters. These established relationships also allow us to interface with correspondent lenders in order to bring our Client's financing request to a successful closing.

We are also able to interface with multiple lenders simultaneously to meet our Client's total financing needs, which a single lender may not be able to fulfill.
