First National Partners, LLC is a direct correspondent to small balance and other non-bank credit facilities, private equity groups, and hard money.

It provides:

• small balance debt financing up to $2M
• interim hard money bridge financing
• equity and debt project financing from $2-50M
• third world project financing in conjunction with U.S. credit facilities and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), and
• financing for other select international transactions not requiring an OPIC guarantee.

We are also the sister company of a Philippine corporation with the purpose of arranging financing for their proprietary projects in the Philippines.
